Security
Guard Mr Sampath while conducting check
of train on 11-2-2013, found one mobile
phone lying below the seat. He immediately
handed over the mobile phone to Mr. Venkatesh,
Station Controller. On the same day, Mr.
Abhijit, a passenger on Namma Metro reported
about loss of his mobile to the station
controller. After proper verification, returned
the mobile to its owner.

On 11-2-2013, Mr. Tushar Kapila, passenger
on Namma Metro boarded the train at MG Road
leaving behind his DELL Back Pack. Security
Guard Mr S. Topno noticed and handed over
the same to Mr. Arun, Station Controller.
The bag containing Rs. 11700/- (Rs. Eleven
thousand and seven hundred only) was handed
over after proper verification on 12-2-2013.
The passenger appreciated honesty and efforts
taken by BMRCL officials. |

A passenger's bag containing a golden chain,
2 valets containing Rs. 2120 & Rs. 710, CANON
digital camera, 5 ATM cards, PAN card and
a makeup kit was left after scanning at "A"
entrance of MG Road station. Security Lady
Guard handed over to the bag to the station
controller. After contacting the passenger
on the mobile number obtained from the bag
, retuned the bag and its contents to the
owner at 16.58 hrs on the same day. The passengers
( Husband and Wife from Secundrabad) appreciated
the initiative and prompt action by BMRCL
in returning their property intact |

On 22-3-2013, a purse was recovered from Platform
1 of Trinity Station by Security Guard on
duty and handed over the same to the Station
Controller. A lost report was given by a lady
passenger to the Customer Relation Manager
at Halasuru. The purse containing Rs. 1900/-,
Driving License and Credit Card was handed
over back to the lady after proper verification
by the Station Controller , Trinity . The
lady passenger has appreciated in the register
kept at Excess Fare Office ( Customer Care
Centre) stating that the contents in the purse
are intact and the good work done by the security
Guard. |

One ladies bag lying unattended at Platform
1 of MG Road Station was found by the Security
Guard on duty at 9.12 AM on 12-3-2013, . The
bag was handed over to the station controller.
A missing complaint was received from a passenger
by Station controller , Indranagar. After
verification , the bag containing an I Pad
and a Lunch box, was handed over to the passenger
by the Station controller MG Road Station
at 10.55 AM on the same day |

Mr. Girish, OJT/BMRCL on 16 - 4- 2013 noticed
one black colored purse lying unattended inside
the train. The purse containing Rs. 1110/-
and an ATM card was handed over to the Station
controller at BYPH station. The Station controller
handed over the purse and its contents to
the rightful owner after verification on the
same day. |

On 19-4-2013, one lady passenger left her
purse containing Rs. 460/- and one Nokia mobile
on the Scanning machine of MAGR station. Ms.
Ashwini, Lady Guard on duty found this purse
and deposited the same with Mr. Murthy, Station
Controller, who handed over the purse and
the mobile to its rightful owner after verification
on the same day. |

Security
Guard Ashwini kumar on 24-4-2013, found one
unclaimed Nokia Phone lying inside the train.
The same was handed over to Mr. R.V.Murthy,
Station Controller MG Road Station (MAGR).
Later a lady passenger complained about missing
of her mobile phone to the Excess Fare Office
at MAGR . After verifying ownership, the same
handed over on the same day. |

On 24-4-2013, Security Guard Hanumantha at
Baiyappanahalli noticed one unclaimed HSBC
Debit Card lying on the ATM machine. The same
has been deposited with Mr. Shivkumar. G.P..
This debit card is kept with SC/BYPH for further
disposal. |
